Key Responsibilities

• Content creation and scheduling using AI and design tools

• Supporting management with digital tasks and day-to-day operations

Toko Academy is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Admin Assistant Intern to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a young graduate, NYSC member, or early-career professional eager to gain valuable hands-on experience in administration, communication, and organizational management.

Key Responsibilities

As an Admin Assistant Intern, you will support the management and operations team with:

• Internal and external communication – drafting emails, correspondence, and handling calls.
• Documentation and records management – organizing files, updating records, and ensuring smooth information flow.
• Financial tracking and basic reporting – assisting with expense logs, receipts, and reports.
• Customer service – attending to inquiries, following up with clients, and maintaining excellent relationships.
• Supporting management and operational tasks – assisting with day-to-day activities and team coordination.

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take initiative.
• A positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
